Jeslu Jacob
Dr. Jeslu Celine Jacob is an architect specialized in interdisciplinary research, integrating air-conditioning design, Internet-of-Things-based control systems, thermal physics, and human behaviour. She advocates for bridging the gap between advanced technology and real-world applications. Dr. Jacob earned her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. She is a Prime Minister’s Research Fellow, which is the most coveted recognition for researchers in India. She was awarded the Institute Gold Medal during her undergraduate studies and was honoured with an ‘Award of Prestige’ by the International Green Building Council. As a professional architect, she led the execution of a LEED Gold-certified airport in Kannur, a rural town in India. Dr. Jacob is also a trained classical dancer and painter.
