PLAN Water is a decision-support system designed to enhance urban water resilience using adaptive planning and innovative water treatment technologies, optimizing infrastructure costs. Unlike traditional planning, which relies on large projects with safety factors to be prepared for severe droughts, PLAN Water develops infrastructure incrementally, deploying modular treatment technologies as needed. This approach optimizes infrastructure development, ensuring cost-effective resilience.
