A unified global platform for scaling effective adaptation
Climate adaptation cohort
Team: Marshall Burke, Andrew Wilson
The lack of accessible, localized, and actionable evidence on climate risks, health impacts, and effective adaptation strategies limits the ability of decision makers and communities to prepare for and respond to climate change. This project will create a centralized, open-access decision-support platform that synthesizes gold-standard research on climate exposures, impacts, and interventions, paired with high-resolution data and tools tailored to policy and planning needs. The expected impact is accelerated and more effective climate adaptation by enabling governments, NGOs, media, and the public to understand local risks and identify evidence-based actions to protect communities.
