Effective climate adaptation requires identifying tools, behaviors, and coordinated actions that reduce climate vulnerability, as well as deploying resources and policies to scale successful adaptations for vulnerable populations. However, there are currently limited systematic methods to achieve these objectives. This project will develop a technology that leverages satellite imagery and econometric climate vulnerability measurement techniques to predict and assess climate vulnerability, enabling more effective and data-driven climate adaptation planning on a global scale.
