Stanford Sustainability Accelerator Fellowship

Main content start

Developing sustainability entrepreneurs

The Stanford Sustainability Accelerator Fellowship is designed to empower and support innovators to launch scalable real-world technology and policy solutions in to the real world.

We seek highly driven problem solvers with a global mindset to tackle our most pressing sustainability challenges. We believe that the most impactful approaches draw on multiple disciplines and perspectives. We strive to build a diverse cohort of fellows that includes policy, technology, and business.

The Accelerator is interested in projects that address key challenges at scale across specific themes within each flagship destination and crosscutting platform.

The Sustainability Accelerator will not be selecting new fellows for the 2026-27 academic year.

Hear from the leaders

Yi Cui, faculty director of the Sustainability Accelerator, describes the purpose of the Accelerator Fellowship and how it aims to support solutions.

Jeff Brown, managing director of greenhouse gas removal and water in the Sustainability Accelerator, describes themes of focus for the Accelerator and how fellows contribute to the Accelerator's impact.
